Gardener’s Cottage
Gardener’s sits right on the river, and is perfect for smaller parties looking to fish or just walk the riverbank. It is entirely self-contained, with a cosy living room with log burner, and adjoining kitchen-dining room.
Recently refurbished to a high standard, it has two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, and one with a small riverside balcony. Downstairs has a utility room and washroom with bath, to welcome you back from those rainier visits to the riverbank.
Chalmer’s Cottage
Chalmer's is a great self-contained unit for those fishing the river. The cottage forms part of the steading block, just across from the main house and also within easy reach of the river.
Newly refurbished to a high standard, it has two double bedrooms (one en-suite), and one twin, with two additional bathrooms. The living room and conservatory look onto the tennis court and steading parking area, where there is also a porch for changing in and out of waders, and space for rod storage.
Auchinbo
Auchinbo is a traditional farmhouse with a very remote feel, sitting as it does at the end of a long gravel track on the slopes of Fourman Hill overlooking the broad Deveron valley.
Auchinbo is a wonderful location for a secluded family holiday and has good access both to the hill and estate trails. The house has four bedrooms (comprising one bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen, and two bedrooms with twins), two bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, and study.
